AB Major advantages associated with the use of horticultural oil and insecticidal soap sprays include enviornmental and applicator safety, compatibility with IPM programs and a wide range of pest control. Horticultural oils and insecticidal soaps are becoming major chemical pest control tools for the green industry. However, a complete working knowledge and proper application are essential in order for these materials to be effective and environmentally safe.
