AB The association between utility foresters and municipal foresters has been the subject of controversy. To demonstrate that a network does exist with these two groups, goals and objectives are defined by exploring four areas: purpose, attitude, approach, consequence. Comparisons are made to demonstrate how their programs can be integrated for the long-term benefit of the urban forests shared in common.
