AB The development of Plant Growth Regulators and various trunk injection systems with which to introduce the chemicals into the trees has given the Utility Arborist another tool to use in their vegetation management programs. This report compares the efficiency of three different injection systems used under actual field conditions and alternate crew labor assignments. A discussion of actual test results, as well as methodology, potential problems, and specific characteristics of the injection systems will also be presented in this report.
