Low dosage ingestion did not effect survival, egg number, pupation duration, or emergence patterns. Test populations on diazinon treated trees completed development through the pupation stage in significantly higher numbers. Treatments with toxaphene resulted in significantly larger egg size but treatment with carbaryl produced a significant decrease in egg size.
