AB  - In the United States there are significant regulatory and environmental issues confronting arboriculture. NAA is working to resolve the regulatory issue with OSHA. NAA and ISA are working together to resolve the environmental issue by developing a marketing and operational strategy for Integrated Pest Management. Other issues with world wide implications are the availability of field personnel, certification, urban forestry support and the tree care industry’s professional image.
