In another field study, a single application of Dragnet (permethrin) also significantly reduced infestations of D. valens and protected trees for up to 147 days. This study has shown that Dragnet might be incorporated into a pine pest management program directed against D. valens because it protected trees for almost five months, allowing ample time for the arborist to implement cultural practices to improve the pine’s vigor and defenses. %U https://auf.isa-arbor.com/content/isa/21/4/221.full.pdf
