AB  - Seventeen commercial arborist firms who currently practice IPM were visited at their home locations and the managers and scouts were interviewed. Data and opinions were collected on their marketing practices, information management, technical resources, field operations, staffing needs, and employee qualifications and activities. The findings and conclusions of the interviewers are presented in this paper.
